Shastina Lake
Just a few minutes northeast of Weed, sits Lake Shastina – a thriving, self-contained community dominated by panoramic views of Mt. Shasta. The Lake at the center of the development is a perfect spot for hiking, fishing, swimming and camping. Lake Shastina also draws paddling enthusiasts, and dynamic wind conditions will also delight windsurfers and sailors.
The easy, 1.2 mile loop hike around the lake is dog-friendly.
