Dunsmuir Second Saturday – September 2019

Every Second Saturday in May through October, Dunsmuir offers the very best of the art, food, shopping, and culture of the Mt Shasta region. Whether you’re camping or renting a home, with or without children, staying for a weekend or staying for the summer, Dunsmuir has something special for you. Come for a visit, and your heart will always call you back.

WHAT’S HAPPENING THIS MONTH – SEPTEMBER 14, 2019

  • Magic Mountain Massage & Wellness will have Yin Yoga at 11:00am ($12), Art Show featuring Sheranda Kumara (meet the artist 11am-2pm), Summer Sake Sip (11am-6pm), and a basic Belly Dance class with Juliet from 3-4pm ($12)

  • Mossbrae Hotel will host Gypsy Bones Handmade Jewelry by Heather Stone: jewelry inspired by her life of travel and adventure. Jazz in the Canyon T-Shirts and schedules will also be available, and there will be refreshments and room tours, all from 3-7pm.

  • The Sacred Well is hosting Sage Hands Integrative Healing Circle with Christine Brusati from 10-11am, and a drum circle with Albert from 4-5pm

  • Siskiyou Arts Museum is still hosting an art show called “PALETTE & LATHE”. The exhibit features original paintings by painters of the Art Roster Atelier, and unusual creations in wood by the Mount Shasta Woodturners. There will also be an opening of a new show called “LIVING AND MAKING ART FROM HOME” featuring the works of Nadine Aiello & Chris Schneider.
