Join herbalist Cara Saunders of Bear Wallow Herbs to discover native medicinal herbs and useful local weeds on this easy walking trail to a beautiful waterfall. We’ll learn to identify poison oak and which herbs can heal a poison oak rash. We will also see herbs that can be used to improve digestion, support our bodies through stress and anxiety, and improve sleep!
–>Meet at the trailhead, we leave at 9:30
–>Wear comfortable shoes, warm weather clothing
–>Bring a water bottle
–>Family friendly, FREE event
