The Buffalo Broadcasting Talent Show on Wednesday, August 7 is another opportunity to showcase talent and there is prize money for first to third place in two categories.

The 2019 Siskiyou Golden Fair, to be held August 7–11, has spots available for individuals or groups that want to show off their talents.

It has been 160 years since the first county fair and every type of Siskiyou County talent would fit the theme – cowboy poets, storytellers, dance teams, magicians, jugglers, musicians, artists of every shape and kind should get entries in by July 10 to ensure a spot on the Siskiyou Central Credit Union Mall Stage.

“I know we have exceptional talent in Siskiyou County,” said CEO Cliff Munson. “Come on out and share it with the community!”

Entry forms for both great opportunities are available online at www.sisqfair.com or in the fair office and due by July 10 so scheduling can be completed.

“This is a great way to show the world how great Siskiyou County is” Munson said. “Our fair is truly a showcase of our history, culture and traditions!”
