Experience the Dining Car: a collection of eight authentic rail cars, including an original luxury “Pullman Club Car” from the 1800’s, AND a new vibe for the future. We are on a cosmic train, imagining a world that works for all of us, including our lands and water.
Enjoy beautiful foods prepared with care in our galley kitchen. We aim for locally grown, or indigenous to the region, organic, and sourced from people we believe in. We offer breakfast, lunch, dinner, and both table service & take out. We have unique indoor Dining Car seating, and are the only place where you can dine directly under the Castle Crags. We often have live music or guest speakers, and always have a lot of joy! We hope you’ll feel welcome… and delighted.
