Raf & Pi Performance Art from Spain

May 31 @ 8:00 pm - 9:30 pm

Thought provoking solo woman performance art from Spain… Physical theatre, dance, aerials. Live artcraft projections.
2 is a one-woman performance developed and performed by Pía Nicoletti, a 2023 graduate of Dell’Arte International’s Professional Training Program. The performance utilizes physical theater, dance, aerials, music, and crafts as core elements of expression, with live projections and a focus on emotions and universal themes. The show explores the journey through rebirth, maturity, darkness, and healing, with a focus on the balance between joy, present moment awareness, and self-care.

With visceral roots, it comes almost necessarily, to play, to have fun, to embrace emotions through creation and to let ourselves flow through the process.

Physical theater, dance, aerials, music and crafts are the core of expression in this speechless performance, where emotions and art itself create a universal language.

Witness 4 vital processes that a person goes through, part of a possible infinitely expanding spiral. A journey through Rebirth, Maturity, Darkness and Healing will create beliefs rooted in time, expectations, routines, distractions, anxiety, sadness. All them balanced by joy, inhabit the present, conscious breathing, self-care, gratitude.

What unites us as humanity?

What separates us from our present? What generates my well-being? And sadness, and happiness?

Isn’t everything equally necessary?

This is a play for reflection, inspiration, compromise, self-awareness or just simple entertainment, you decide.
