Lake Siskiyou Loop: A scenic ride with views of Mount Shasta, perfect for a relaxed day ride. This mixed paved and dirt trail delivers stunning views at just about 7 miles around the lake.
Mount Shasta Bike Park: A skills park located in Shastice Park just behind the skate park. Riders will find jumps, berms, and roller obstacles that will appeal to all skill levels.
McCloud to Mount Shasta Loop: Combines smooth downhill stretches with some rugged sections and is great for intermediate riders. This ride starts and ends in McCloud.
Fort Jones – Etna – Island Loop : Quiet roads and high-alpine climbs with small-town charm. 24 miles in total cruising through idyllic Scott Valley. Many riders enjoy a stop for a rewarding pint at Etna Brewing Company and a seat on the outdoor patio!
Greenhorn Park Trails: A favorite of mountain bikers, a scenic network ideal for fall riding. Whether you’re into mountain biking, gravel grinding, or casual trail cruising, this park has something for every rider.
Castle Lake Road Ride: A short but steep climb starting in Mount Shasta with lake views and vibrant foliage. Make a day of it and pack and picnic up the short hike to Heart Lake!
Gateway Trail System: Just outside of Mount Shasta, this singletrack trail system has up to 57 miles of trails and connectors to enjoy. A peaceful forest ambiance, fewer crowds than summer, and crisp mountain air is sure to be both enjoyable and comfortable on a fall day!
