The Oven Bakery was founded on the belief that wholesome and organic ingredients only make the best of foods. Their breads are made with sourdough cultures created over a decade ago. Starting with the best ingredients, The Oven Bakery uses traditional methods to create consistently high quality handcrafted breads and pastries. The dough is mixed by hand, the bread is hand shaped and baked in a wood fired brick oven. A must stop bakery to pick up fresh baked sourdough or pastries. Friday is pizza night from 5-7pm; they offer two pizza options every Friday.
