We are the first Lao Restaurant that is a farm to table style restaurant in the U.S. We pride ourselves with providing the freshest and best quality ingredients possible that we can source here locally in Siskiyou County to elevate our Lao traditional dishes to burst your palates with many layers of flavors. Some of Our meats we use come from Prather Ranch in Mcdoel and some of our vegetables come from local farms in Mount Shasta and Gazelle. I love to cook and I cook with a lot of love. PHET
