Drizzle, formerly known as Yaks Shack, was created in 2017 with only one goal; bold flavors and an unforgettable vibe. From our Banana Bread Lattes to our Sasquatch burgers we love to bring people together over memorable food. Homemade sauces on everything! Thats where our name comes from. If its not dripping and delicious, then it’s not Drizzle.
Our flagship store is located in downtown Mount Shasta, California but we aren’t stopping there. Keep an eye out for Drizzle in your area.
YAKS has been serving house roasted coffee, pastries, paninis, salads and more for over 15 years. After a two year hiatus and a new version of our old self, aka YAKS on the 5, we’ve decided to return to our roots here in Mt. Shasta and relaunch YAKS – The Original Coffee House.
Yaks is both a bakery and cafe serving up savory wraps, paninis, and salads to go with that delicious morning pick-me-up you’re craving. This location will bring back so many YAKS favorites made famous in our 6 locations that had served
Redding for so many years. A few of those will be the coconut crème lattes, mochas made from real pieces of gourmet chocolates, none of those chemically-laden sauces here, our world-famous marathon bars and cookies, and so much more. From the colorful walls, to the warm, inviting aroma of fresh coffee crema, it’s impossible to leave without a spring in your step, a smile on your face, and a tasty treasure in your hands.
