Horse Creek Farm

Horse Creek Farm

Horse Creek Farm started as a mining camp back in the 20’s and 30’s. There was a store that supplied the local miners as well as a post office and eleven cabins. In the 1940’s it became a hunting a fishing camp with the main house in which we live today. Since then many of the cabins are gone and the house has been added on to several times. The household water comes from a spring up the hill that is gravity feed in to a holding tank. Horse Creek bridge is located adjacent to the property, a historic suspension bridge dated back to the 1930’s and is still used today. It is a wonderful place to live and we are very happy to be here.
