MAY
4th 77th Annual May Open Rodeo in Etna: This annual May rodeo features a packed arena, concession food and drinks, and traditional rodeo events including mutton bustin’, calf riding, jr. steer riding, team roping, breakaway, barrel racing, wild saddle cow, bull riding, ranch bronc riding, and more.
9-12 Nor Cal Carving Championship and Mother’s Day Market at Siskiyou Golden Fairgrounds: A double header weekend at the fairgrounds in Yreka welcomes chain saw carving artists and artisan craft vendors for a fun weekend you won’t want to miss!
9-11 Dogwood Daze in Dunsmuir features various activities including tours of local botanical gardens, live music, and artisan vendors, and an art walk. A wonderful opportunity to enjoy the beauty of Spring in the community of Dunsmuir!
17-18th Siskiyou Scnic Bicycle Tour in Yreka is a 2-day event of gravel and pavement bike rides and cycling festival in Yreka’s Upper Greenhorn Park. A great way to explore North Siskiyou by bike and enjoy the bike culture of the area.
17-28th Weed Steampunk and Sci-Fi Festival is a family-friendly 2-day event featuring costume and gadget contests, a Rat rod contest, unique vehicles, and vendors offering clothing, crafts, and food, along with live music and a beer booth on both days.
24-25th Art of Survival Century Bike Ride is scenic and educational cycling event through Southern Oregon’s Klamath Basin and East Siskiyou’s Tulelake Basin, offering various routes and a chance to learn about the region’s history.
24-25th 21st Annual McCloud Mushroom Festival is a two-day celebration of the spring mushroom hunting season with live music, wine tasting, artisan vendors, and fungi foraging tours in downtown McCloud.
JUNE
13-14th Shasta Gromduro: An annual youth mountain bike race in Mount Shasta, featuring three stages on the Bear Springs and Steam Donkey trails for riders aged 8-18.
13-15th Dunsmuir Railroad Days: An annual celebration in Dunsmuir featuring live entertainment, a parade, craft and food vendors, a car show, and various family-friendly activities to honor the railroad heritage of Dunsmuir.
14-15th Yreka Golden City Days 2025: An annual street fair in historic downtown Yreka, California, celebrating the city’s rich Gold Rush heritage with live music, food vendors, historical elements, and family-friendly activities every Father’s Day weekend.
21st Shasta Mountain Art, Wine, & Brewfest: Celebrate creativity, flavors, and community spirit with live music, drink tastings, food vendors, and an art auction in Mount Shasta.
21st Siskiyou Pride 2025: Join the local community at Mt. Shasta Brewing Company in Weed, California, for a day of live music, drag shows, talent contests, and various activities to honor and support LGBTQ+ pride.
27-28th Trails End Music Festival: Etna’s up and coming Music Festival, this year featuring Shovels and Rope. Come to downtown Etna for an exciting two-day music-filled event!
JULY
3-5th Mount Shasta 4th of July Celebration: Celebrate our great nation with a weekend of events in Mount Shasta including fun run, a lively parade, and a street fair with live music, food vendors, and family-friendly activities. Culminate with a dazzling fireworks display at dusk over Lake Siskiyou!
10-13th 71st Annual Weed Carnivale: A four-day annual event in Weed, California, featuring carnival rides, food and craft vendors, live music, and bocce ball and horseshoe tournaments in Weed’s Bel Air Park.
25-27th 78th Annual McCloud Lumberjack Fiesta: Two exciting days in historic lumber town McCloud packed exciting competitions like logging, horseshoes, and watermelon eating!
26th 47th Annual Etna “Old Timer’s” Open Rodeo: The second of two summer rodeos in Etna, featuring various events like bull riding, team roping, and live music.
AUGUST
1st Yreka Summer Concerts in the Park wraps up with the final show of the 2025 season. Come boogie your way down to Miner Street Park for Funk, Soul and Rock jams of the Seth Charles Band.
2nd 30th Annual River and Rail Brewfest: One of the longest running brew festivals on the West Coast. Enjoy craft beers from top West Coast breweries, live music, and local food vendors in the heart of South Siskiyou’s rail town Dunsmuir.
6-10 Centennial Siskiyou Golden Fair: Celebrate its 100 years of the fair in Yreka, California, with the theme “100 Years Past, Always a Blast!” This historic event will feature various activities, contests, and exhibitions to honor a century of community and agricultural excellence!
23rd Rollin in Weed Car & Bike Show: Roll on down to Weed’s Bel Air Park to view the incredible showcase of classics, custom builds, and motorcycles on display. Accompanied by music, food, and various competitions, car enthusiasts won’t want to miss!
31st 37th Annual Mt Shasta Blackberry Music Festival: Held annually on Labor Day weekend, features live music, craft vendors, children’s games, and the famous blackberry pie sales. This year’s festival will take place at scenic Shastice Park, offering spectacular views of Mt. Shasta
