The new restaurant serves locally raised beef, pork, and lamb directly from their family farm, which is just five minutes down the road. Their exceptional meat is already drawing visitors from near and far. We can’t get enough of their steak dinner.
Lily’s Restaurant
Lilys Restaurant in Mount Shasta is known as a destination restaurant. Visitors travel from all over and make a point to stop at Lily’s to enjoy fine dining in a cottage setting. Their farm-to-table concept includes fresh and organic ingredients. Try one of their benedicts, which comes with herb-roasted potatoes. We are already salivating!

Yaks On The 5 is one of Siskiyou’s hidden gems and one of our favorite eateries in Dunsmuir. Known for their handcrafted foods, award winning microbrews, and world famous sticky buns, Yaks On The 5 is all about serving locally grown and raised food products. Their hamburger meat comes from nearby Prather Ranch. Our favorite is the Cilantro Bomb Burger.
Denny Bar Restaurant and Distillery
Locally owned Denny Bar Company is a restaurant and distillery that offers great food and distillery tours. They feature locally-raised meats as well as locally-raised seasonal fruits and vegetables. Their modern atmosphere has earned the restaurant a reputation as one of the best foodie destinations in Siskiyou. They also feature tasty seasonal cocktails that are often designed to pair with the food.
