Mountain Fitness

Mountain Fitness, located in Mount Shasta, has two locations to keep you meeting your fitness goals while visiting the area. The Mt Shasta Wellness Center has a therapy pool and offers aqua fitness classes in addition to dry-land group classes such as Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Zumba, and Ballroom Dancing. Mountain Fitness South, also in Mt Shasta, has an impressive weight room and personal fitness gym, two-lane lap pool, Basketball and Raquetball courts, and a Spin Room. Single day passes start at $7 for non-members, and each of the 7, 14 and 30-day memberships offer access to both locations.

idance Studio

idance is a studio in downtown Fort Jones that hosts a variety of youth and adult dance and fitness classes. Visitors are welcome to come join a class for Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Hip Hop, Stretching and more. Check the online class schedule as it changes seasonally, they feature Aerial Silks, Tumbling, Yoga and other classes throughout the year. Drop-in rate is $12.

Stoneway Athletics

This gym is all about community, friendship and respect. With a foundation in traditional CrossFit training, they teach basic to advanced classes in functional exercise, athletic conditioning, plyometrics, kettle bell training, Olympic weightlifting, medicine ball and dumbbell training, power-lifting, gymnastics, rowing, running and jumping rope. Siskiyou Family YMCA

The local YMCA Center in Yreka offers a variety of fitness opportunities and classes that promote healthy living and overall health and wellness. They host over 25 weekly fitness classes that are designed for a wide variety of health seekers. Whether you are into Yoga, Spin, HIIT, TRX, Bootcamp, *PiYo or *WARRIOR classes, they have qualified fitness instructors and programs to help you stick to your fitness goals. A full gym on site, specialized clinics, tournaments and leagues that would be a fun addition to an active vacation! $8 Drop-In Fee for Non-Members and Fitness Punch Cards are available (10 Visits @ $72.00)

Rough & Ready Fitness

Rough and Ready Fitness, new to Etna in 2024, is a cutting-edge gym offering weights, cardio machines, and tanning in a clean and welcoming environment in the heart of Scott Valley. Door codes offer 24/7 access, and drop-in passes are just $10.

LevelUp

Level up is Yreka’s premiere group fitness studio. Classes include BODYPUMP™, Vinyasa Yoga, Pilates, Mini Yogis, Kids Yoga, 30-Minute-High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), 60 Minute HIIT Mash Up, Latin/Hip-Hop Dance, Little Movers, Gentle Fitness, and Wing Chun Kung Fu. Drop-in classes are $10 and 10 class punch card costs $90
