Jason Singleton launched Jason Friendly Foods from his home kitchen, driven by a deep passion for natural, health-conscious treats he could share with friends. What began as a personal project quickly gained momentum, his friends loved it, and soon the local community did too. The verdict was clear: everyone wanted more of Jason’s chocolate. Today, Jason Friendly Foods offers an irresistible lineup of chocolate barks, drizzled fruits, and energy bars. Every item is handmade in small batches, free from preservatives, and crafted with organic, local, and natural ingredients.

Pyroclastic Chocolate

For nearly a decade, Becca Larson has been crafting chocolate truffles for her family, blending creativity with a love for quality ingredients. In 2017, she decided to turn her passion into something more. After relocating to Siskiyou nestled beneath the majestic Mt. Shasta, she launched her first seasonal flavor collection in Spring 2019. Thus, Pyroclastic Chocolate was born, inspired by the raw beauty and power of the region’s volcanic landscape. Committed to excellence, Pyroclastic Chocolate offers a rotating menu of limited-edition, seasonally inspired flavors alongside timeless classics, all made with high-quality ingredients and a dedication to artisanal craftsmanship.

Farmgirl Provisions

Tucked away in Siskiyou’s scenic Scott Valley, Farmgirl Provisions is a small farm with a big heart. Using organic and natural practices, owner Dede cultivates a vibrant selection of vegetables, garlic, onions, shallots, and herbs. Northbound Coffee Roasters

Etna Brewing Company 

With roots dating back to 1872, Etna Brewing Company has long been a symbol of brewing heritage in Siskiyou County. Pronounced “ear-oo-eye,” Iruai is rooted in a philosophy of minimal intervention—no additives, just wild, thriving vines and expressive, unexpected flavors.
