Celebrate our history on a haunted cemetery tour or experience our abundance of agriculture at a local pumpkin patch. There is fun to be had for witches and ghosts of all ages around the region!

Siskiyou Historic Tours
Presented by the Siskiyou County Genealogical Society, the Historic tours are a mix of history and haunt. Explore cemeteries and learn about the souls departed from costumed history buffs. Check the events calendar for which haunted tours are coming this season.

Hunter Orchards Pumpkin Patch
What fall day in Siskiyou is complete without a little pumpkin spice and a visit to northernmost California’s original U-Pick pumpkin patch at Hunter Orchards. Located at 14431 Old Westside Rd, in Grenada, this farm has acres and acres of pumpkins to choose from in all sizes and shapes. Lots of varieties of winter squash, a hay maze for the kids, apples, pears, fresh cider, jam, and fall holiday decorations for sale. Open daily in the month of October, 10 am to 6 pm. McCloud Halloween Pub Crawl
Leaf peeping and bar hopping go hand and hand, right? Join a group of 21+ adults in costume on Oct 25th for a stroll through historic McCloud, stopping at all of the local watering holes for some Siskiyou craft brews and cocktails. Goblins and Ghouls should meet up on Main Street in downtown McCloud at 4pm.

Trick or Treating
A handful of communities around Siskiyou are host to annual trick-or-treating events for kids. Weed’s historic district will transform into a Trunk-or-Treat and businesses on Yreka’s Miner Street will be handing out candy on Halloween from 2- 5pm. Montague, Mount Shasta, Fort Jones and Etna also host family-friendly Halloween activities. Check the event calendar for current schedule updates.
